About this class

FITNESS CLASS - An intense full body fitness experience! We work with props, weights focus on cardio and strength. We recommend you hydrate 24 hours in advance and eat lightly 2 hours before. Get ready to challenge yourself to your fitness limits! 50 minutes fitness, 10 minutes stretch cool-down. What to bring: -Yoga mat + towel (Limited rentals available) -Water bottle There are no late entry and please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase and there are limited rentals at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

Great workout but the girl at the front was unfriendly which perpetuates an intimidating and unwelcoming environment, especially for those who are new and perhaps a bit nervous. I heard a girl say she will not be returning because it was a downer. Also a little ironic considering the sign beside the desk that mentions high vibes. Other than that, positive instructor and the best sweat I’ve had in a long time.

Workout was hardcore but great. Really worked up a sweat Instructor was great but I feel she should allow more water breaks especially considering the intensity of exercises and the heat of the room. I also felt that some of the participants near me could have moved their mat over a bit more. I had one guy who made contact with me a couple of times and didn’t apologize despite the fact when I did the same I did apologize. I get that you are in close proximity but I’m very particular about my personal space and if someone invades an apology is a nice way to acknowledge that. Maybe he was just a rude so and so lol

Great teacher! Very encouraging and fun and good vibes! Would highly recommend her class. My only this was that it was my first time at the studio and the receptionist wasnt welcoming all and had a too cool for school additude. But the workout was superb!
