About this class

FITNESS CLASS - Expect an entire lower body workout. This class focuses on glutes, thighs, calves and everything in between. Expect a mix of controlled pulses (bar fitness style) to full muscle engagement (think lunges, squats, bootcamp style). Both men and women welcome! What to bring: -Yoga mat + towel (Limited rentals available) -Water bottle There are no late entry and please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat and full length mat towel. All items are available to purchase and there are limited rentals at the studio as well!

How to get there

They are right beside Sina Pharmacy & Organic Juice Bar on Smithe (in between Richards and Seymour). There is plenty of metered street parking on Richards or 3 large parking lots on the same block. They are right in the middle of Granville or Yaletown skytrain stations. They do not have designated studio parking.

What is ClassPass?
