Really enjoyed this class. Definitely a workout

Our instructor wasn’t very helpful with modifications to someone new to yoga and working out. It states it’s an all level class which I didn’t feel at all, and she seemed a bit preoccupied by I think her boyfriend that was also attending the class.

I saw the other mixed reviews but thought I'd give this a shot. This class was a truly bizarre and uncomfortable experience through and through. The first half of class is core, but the exercises hearken back to 80s jazzercise and I didn't feel like I even got a good core workout. The music is awful, way too loud and oppressive strange Euro club type electronic music. The yoga half was okay, but the instructor made aggressive adjustments without checking if you had any injuries and also at one point when I went to a down dog a few seconds early, she literally tapped me on the foot and asked aloud "What are you doing?" to the whole class?

I really liked the instructor, she was great and loved how the class was evenly split between yoga and core. Great sweat!

Instructor is a lovely human, just needs a little practice with cuing - rights vs lefts and describing transitions vs movement within a pose.

I didnt mind the second half (yoga portion) but was very unprepared for the core portion which was more of a hyper active fusion of cardio, some core, weights, blasting music and done extremely fast for a heated room and I feel a bit unsafe in my personal opinion. Just not at all my style. Lesson learnt..

This class had a great flow segment and a intermediate core segment. I wish they gave more feedback to let you know specifically if you could improve somewhere
