About this class

This Beginners classes will strengthen stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This class is more gentle and ideal for newcomers to yoga, and we will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. They encourage you to slow down and rest any time you need to. The pace of this class will be slower, so you can focus on your alignment and breath. With the infrared heat you will also allow your body to detoxify at a cellular level. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated.

How to prepare

Please bring a mat to class. Wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are best. Baggy clothes tend to hinder your yoga poses.
