How to prepare

Our Strong and Lean classes are weight training classes. We use a variety of strength-based exercises using barbells and dumbbells. Our HIIT classes are High-Intensity Interval Training sessions. Using a variety of bodyweight exercises and a mix of Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, ropes and bands. Please bring water and towel, you'll need it.

What is ClassPass?
