About this class

Build full body strength and improve stamina with this total body workout! This high intensity interval training class combines squats, presses, plyometrics, agility, athletic movements, and more! Come get the results you want! All levels welcome. CLASS EXPECTATIONS: At Outright, we have a different mindset than what you may be used to when it comes to our training. While we want you to enjoy your workout, we expect you to be ready to work. That means, we expect you to show up on time, BE COACH-ABLE, have a good work ethic whatever your fitness levels is and let the coaches coach. Don't be a distraction by being that annoying "cheerleader", don't complain about working out , don't make the workout a competition and definitely don't make the GROUP workout about you. We are proud of the culture we have cultivated at Outright- understand you may not be a good fit for us and that's ok. But do understand that we will let you know if you need to go to another gyms that may be a better fit for you.

What is ClassPass?
