How to get there

Outbreak Fitness is located at 492 Throop Ave in Brooklyn, New York. The free HIIT class in the park is located at The amphitheater at Herbert von King, across the street from the studio. The studio is accessible via the 2, 3 and C trains.

Good vibe! Was my first time trying CrossFit so didn’t know what I was doing but can seriously feel the workout!

Richard was great but it was my first CrossFit class and I didn't realize a lot of class is standing around and getting your equipment together, which is pretty standard CrossFit apparently. I prefer classes where you're doing stuff the whole time.

I havent done CrossFit in a year or so and I just started to get back to my training. The amenities, the people and the instructor, Chris is super professional and friendly at the same time. I had so much fun working out and it definitely kicked my b*tt. The kind of training that works for me! I didnt do so well for my first because I was still sore and recovering from my kickboxing session the day before but definitely coming back again! Looking forward to my progress! God bless!

Amazing! First time and it went better than expected! It can be intimidating but the Trainer/Coach is encouraging and the energy of the regulars is welcoming and fun! You can go at your own pace but dont slack!

What is ClassPass?
