Mindfulness is a beautiful entry point before moving into meditation. A state of busyness does not allow for mindful feelings of happiness, contentment or more importantly, feeling connectedness with the self or others. A really simple way to understand mindfulness is that we are still using our minds but in a different way. We allow the mind to observe ( similar ego people watching) as we experience a single sense for a moment in time. Mindfulness is a beautiful entry point before moving into meditation.

How to prepare
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to sign waiver of liability if you are a new student and check-in the attendance sheet.Turn your cellphone on airplane mode and keep it in your bag. Please no shoes are allowed inside the yoga room. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. We offer free mats, free blocks, and free bolsters for yin yoga. Please feel free to use our provided wipes to clean your mat before you leave.
How to get there
OrangeBlueFlow Yoga Studio is located inside Flex N Tone Fitness Studio at 370 Maple Avenue West Suite I Vienna, Virginia which is the rear building from Maple Ave West. "A good hint make your turn when you see the Fedex Mail Box." See you on the mat soon.
