About this class
This is the perfect aerial class to begin your aerial journey! If you want the chance to try multiple apparatuses, get a taste for everything, and start off your aerial adventures well this class is for you. You will learn aerial language, safety, grip aids, foundation skills in hammock, Lyra, and silks. You will develop and build upper body, core and grip strength, as well as, flexibility and heighten your spatial awareness. Wear yoga pants or leggings, snug fitting short or long sleeve shirt, no tank tops, you will go barefoot, bring a water bottle. No zippers, rhinestones, or other clothing embellishments that may damage the fabrics and leave your jewelry at home. Come climb into your body, off the floor, and into a brand new practice.

How to prepare
Please wear short shorts and a singlet, feel free to bring heels as well. Skin is used to grip the pole, therefore, the more skin you have exposed, the more surface area you have to grip the pole with.
