About this class
You've just graduated to longer hammocks! What does this mean? You get to lift, roll, twist and drop a lot more! You will learn intermediate aerial hammock moves, transitions, drops and routines in this class. Pre-Requisites: Students must pass a skills test with any Ophdia Studio Aerial Instructor and must have their approval. Skills test consists of the following: Lock hold 5 seconds (fabric behind you) Come to seated Invert, slide down invert to Star Croquet, hands free Flying Splits to Figure head Drop to back knee release, hands free Go to Hip Key, retrograde to back knee then star

How to prepare
Please wear short shorts and a singlet, feel free to bring heels as well. Skin is used to grip the pole, therefore, the more skin you have exposed, the more surface area you have to grip the pole with.
