About this class

A class for all levels from beginners and experienced students. Instruction given while moving from one posture to the next. The class will be designed around a flow with basic postures. Moderate intensity and moderate heat. Somewhat more challenging than an Intro Class. 85-90 or more degrees.

Loved this class and the instructor! Haven’t done a yoga class in a few months, so it was just a good enough challenge without being too hard

This class was exactly what I needed tonight. It was different than a typical flow class and much more interesting in my opinion. Beverly was wonderful!

The instructor was great explaining form and offering corrections in a subtle way. She was lively and kept the mood light, making you laugh in the middle of difficult postures. She was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and the studio felt clean and had many more offerings than just yoga. The studio was heated by space heaters and fans which irritated my eyes and sinuses in a way that other heated studios haven’t. This was the only downside.

What is ClassPass?
