How to prepare

Please come 10 minutes before the class starts for registration. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Strictly no entry for latecomers. For HIIT - Wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. For Yoga/pilates – Shoes are not required, mats are provided! Good vibes only! Bring your own water bottle and towel. What is ClassPass?
