About this class
90.1 is an intermediate level, high intensity class that integrates both bodyweight and equipment based exercises to target your cardiovascular endurance. This class will be conducted in a circuit training format using various training equipment such as: core bag, kettlebell, sandbell, landmine, kinesis, trx, wall ball, slam ball, balance trainer, battling ropes, tyres, plyo boxes, bulgarian bag. Heart rate with motion tracking monitoring watches will be used during the class! The watches provide invaluable and accurate training data such as the amount of calories burned, heart rate zones and recovery status. Freshen up and cooldown with our refreshing lemongrass scented cold towels! Do not worry if you are a newcomer our experienced trainers will be attentive to your needs and continuously check on your form to prevent Injuries.

How to prepare
Please come 10 minutes before the class starts for registration. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Strictly no entry for latecomers. For HIIT - Wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. For Yoga/pilates – Shoes are not required, mats are provided! Good vibes only! Bring your own water bottle and towel.
