Tai Chi & Beginners
Tom was very nice and it was a great introduction.
Tai Chi & Beginners
Unfortunately this class wasn't for me. The instructor and owner were very nice (even offered me a free lesson) but it didn't make up for the environment. Being taught Tai Chi in the same room as three kids karate classes was the opposite of relaxing, especially when the instructor was going between teaching both. I will not be going back again :/
Tai Chi & Beginners
It was pretty crowded and the instructor split his time to teach different groups. Still came out with a few helpful moves.
Tai Chi & Beginners
Great personal instruction, super friendly and challenging
