Such a great full body workout! Christina was the perfect instructor by pushing you to give it your all but also giving alternatives if something doesn't feel right. The front desk person was also great! Definitely will go again!

Christina is a great instructor. Lots of energy, very welcoming and encouraging, and she keeps an eye on your form to make sure youre getting the best workout and not injuring yourself. R3 goes super quick and pushes you to get a great workout.
