About this class
Post-Natal yoga is a mum (or Dad) focused yoga class, giving you a chance to move freely, release tension and find some breathing space. We aim to unstick areas that really need it, shoulders, lower back, wrists, and include core rehab, pelvic floor, and all important relaxation. This class includes your baby – but it’s not baby focussed. We aim to entertain the babies throughout the yoga, but the class is about giving the parent some me time. Babies up to one year. Napping babies welcome. Space for buggy’s but bring a sling if you can. We have lift access to the first floor but baby carriers welcome too. Clean Toys provided.

How to prepare
One Yoga London's studio is fully equipped with life form yoga matts, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets, so no need to bring anything.
