working on my flexibility and this class definitely helped alot. its quite a tough class, definitely not for beginners. I had a good sweat though!

Good class for those looking to practice deeper stretches (half / full splits; king pigeon, full dancer) and train balance (think bird of paradise). I would advise new practitioners against attending because the teacher does not have time to teach the intricacies of each asana.

The class covered a lot of poses. There were around 20 students in the class, so not much attention can be given. Great workout nevertheless!
