How to prepare

Pretty much non-stop back bending for the entire hour, would not recommend for the faint of heart. Appreciated that there was individual guidance from the instructor at certain points which helped me into deeper backbends that felt good but not sure if my back will thank me for it tomorrow.

Challenging but effective. The instructor pushes you outside of your comfort zone. Would recommend it to anyone looking to go deeper in their practice!
