The Slow Down with Laurnie
Very very very low intensity, don’t take this class if you want a work out, BUT if you want to wind down and relax, it’s perfect.
The Slow Down with Laurnie
Easy class. Not intended to break a sweat--this one's more about being still and meditation.
The Slow Down with Laurnie
the title says it all! a great workout when you don't feel like pushing too hard and just need a nice easy flow to get into your body and out of your head. the restorative poses at the end help calm my mind so I left class feeling much less scattered than when I came in!
The Slow Down with Laurnie
Great vibes and beautiful atmosphere. Look forward to booking again!
The Slow Down with Laurnie
Class is combination of slow movement and restorative postures. Laurnies energy is so pleasant and soothing. Perfect way to wind down the day. So grateful for instructor and this class and for 1.1!
The Slow Down with Laurnie
This has been my favorite yoga class Ive taken recently. Its 30 min vinyasa, 30 min restorative, and exactly what I needed this week. Laurnie was awesome, I dont recall what the practice was called, but she included a really neat thing with a tuning fork that felt surprisingly relaxing. I highly recommend her/The Slow Down!
