Relaxing
Ease with Sadie
Super relaxing, less of a workout and more of a guided meditation. Sadie’s voice is soothing and she leads you through poses that are meant to lightly stretch your body and relax your mind.

This class should be called mediation
Ease with Sadie
Inaccurate class description (no guided meditation) and the class was over-filled, meaning there were not enough props for everyone (a big problem in a restorative class) and it was hard to move comfortably without worrying about hitting the person next to me.
Ease with Sadie
This class is good for getting your mind to slow down and relax. Poses are relaxing and able to be adjusted to your comfort.
Ease with Sadie
Less of a yoga class, and more of a guided nap-time; it was so relaxing. Really did feel like a mini-vacation. Perfect end to a Monday!
