About this class
Our Beginners Fitness class is a high energy, full body workout suited for all fitness levels. Each class will combine strength training and cardio, making it one of the best ways to burn calories and get fit! Come ready to learn some new skills, meet some new friends and get an amazing workout in! All fitness levels welcome!

How to prepare
Wear workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to sign in. All first time visitors must fill out a waiver directly with ONE Nation Fitness upon arrival. Any user who does not sign the waiver will not be permitted to join class.
How to get there
We are located at 10 Charles Street (rear). This is the last building on the right. Drive to the end of Charles Street and take a right to park in back. Our entrance is the blue awning.
