Introductory CrossFit Class - strength and conditioning
The instructor was very helpful considering it was my first time doing CrossFit. Its definitely a learning curve but really good workout.

If you enjoy CrossFit, or want to try it for the first time, go to this class! (Thursday and Saturday are better for first-timers) Everyone was so welcoming and coaches were great at explaining what we would be doing, and were great at correcting form. I would definitely return.

James was so incredibly supportive; this turned out not to be an introductory/beginner course, but he helped scale down the workout without making me feel self conscious or singled out (everyone else were clearly regulars). This class was 10/10 because of staff experience, however I still stand by my opinion that CrossFit gyms (even this one) are fairly intimidating and can make newcomers feel very out of place. I will definitely return to this gym on days where visible and engaging staff are running the workouts.

I used to do crossfit in college, but haven't done it in 6ears, or since I broke my leg. It was hard for sure but made me remember how much I love pushing myslef
Introductory CrossFit Class - strength and conditioning
Crossfit is intimidating and there is no doubt my arms are KILLING ME. But they scale everything down for you and they are super nice (the teacher and members). I get why people are so into it, part of me wants to consider a membership and part of me never wants to go back but if you're trying to shake up your spin/barre/yoga classpass life this will do the trick. My only qualm was that it says introductory on class pass but it was just a normal class and the instructor took extra time to explain things and scale them for me and the rest of the class were experienced. If you want they're beginner class he said Sunday and Thursday is the time to go. Those might be a bit less intimidating but honestly by the end of it I felt welcomed and no one ever made me feel like I held anything up I'm actually glad I got to see what the real deal is like.

Awesome host!
Introductory CrossFit Class - strength and conditioning
CrossFit is not for me, but if it is for you, this class is a good place to start. Instructor was friendly, not overbearing. Instructor clearly demonstrated each exercise. Space was large and the equipment was of good quality. Ample parking. Other people in the class were really friendly. The exercises were just way too hard for me at my current level of conditioning!

Great intro class to cross fit. Not so intimidating and the instructors are very hands on. Will definitely go back.

First CrossFit Class was great! A very accommodating crew and collaborative atmosphere.
Introductory CrossFit Class - strength and conditioning
Great workout. Very technical. Feels slightly intimidating if you are new or on the smaller side compared to the rest of the class.
