Water Sequence with Lea
Didn’t really feel like a vinyasa class because we would hold poses for multiple long breaths. Instructor was very encouraging and approached for adjustments very often.
Water Sequence with Jacqueline
Great yoga class, just what I needed.
Water Sequence with Jacqueline
Teacher was sweet, but instructions were frequently confused (saying right when she meant left, directing us to put our foreheads on the floor when they were actually to go on our knees). We all have days when words just seem to come out wrong and I hope this was just a fluke, but the frequency of it definitely made the practice feel unfocused. Studio is cute but I’m not sure I’d return for this class again.
Water Sequence with Jacqueline
Beautiful studio with a lot of natural light. Jacqueline was friendly and welcoming when I arrived and a calm and hands on instructor. Flow was challenging but grounding. Class is good for all levels.
Water Sequence with Jacqueline
Great class, was not heated as I was expecting. Teacher provided good feedback on form.
Water Sequence with Alex
Best yoga teacher Ive had in years and years.
Water Sequence with Laura
Laura was great but I wish there was a tiny note in the studio description about the studio temperature.
Water Sequence with Lea
Lea is so lovely! Loved all the breath work we did and the practice was at the level everyone could engage in. The studio is beautiful and welcoming :)
Water Sequence with Samy
Very mellow flow in a lovey studio.
Water Sequence with Lea
