Healing Restoration Yoga | Heal | Release Saturday, April 6th|| 2:00pm Relieve stress, renew mind and recalibrate your physiology. Give yourself a gift in the new year of healing, gentle supported poses along with breath, sound, essential oils, meditation and harp music. Learn about the breakdown of stress and how it effects your mind, body and spirit. This workshop is open to all levels. Hannah Kapp, C-IAYT is certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She has personally practiced yoga since the late 90’s. She Received her B.F.A. in modern dance with a minor in kinesiology from Temple University. She graduated from the 4 year Yoga Therapy program at Loyola Marymount University. She fulfilled her clinical internship at Venice Family Clinic under Dr. Myles Spar, MD. Hannah has an integrated approach, understanding the validity of both eastern and western medicine. Hannah also holds certificates in Aromatherapy and Energetic Healing modalities. May we begin to understand that health is holistic balance. Checking-In: Our private Parking lot (entrance off Washington Ave.) leads to our Lobby door where you will check-in with us. Doors: open at 1:30pm. The earlier you arrive prior to start time the better! Please allot more time if you have not bought an early bird ticket or been to our studio before... New students: arrive minimum of 20 minutes before start time so we can meet and greet and register you! What to bring: Something to write with and an open heart and mind are always suggested Earlybird pricing: available 48 hours before event. How to prepare
Please bring a mat, wear yoga apparel or loose clothing, and bring water to stay hydrated - the studio offers a water filling station if you need to refill a container. If you are attending a heated class, bring a towel or towel mat.
How to get there
Please come in through the parking lot entrance! Best parking is available in the parking lot behind the studio. Entrance to lot is off Washington Ave, next to Lavender and Honey. Enter through the door with the One Life Yoga sign above it. Parking can be a challenge on Saturday and Sunday mornings. If needed, you can also park on Hill Ave and enter thru our Hill Ave door!
