Yoga FLOW: The invigorating full-body yoga flow will work every muscle through movement and breath. Classes flow at moderate pace, and aim to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and mindset. Classes range from 45 to 60 minutes and suitable for all levels.

How to prepare

For RIDE class, bring normal workout shoes or clip-ins with mountain bike cleats, currently NO SPIN SHOES are provided. Arrive 5 minutes before class to ensure sufficient time for check in. Your spot will be released to the wait list if you are not on site 3 minutes prior to class start. You must be in the class studio 1 minute prior to start time or access will be denied for health and safety. The instructor must be made aware of any injury 5 minutes before class start time. We have limited shower, locker and changing facilities.

How to get there

Oncore is a two minute walk from Clapham Common tube station (Northern Line), at 65 Clapham Park Road. Parking is available close by, off Clapham Park Road in Sainsbury's covered car park, £1/hour for up to 2 hours or parking will be deducted from Sansbury's shopping bill. Street parking is also available close by at a rate of £3/hour Free Street parking on Triangle Place is also available except Monday to Friday 8.30am to 8.30pm.

Wonderful class! A bit slower in terms of speed of going through poses which gave opportunity to focus on form and deeply stretch.

Great class, but a lot of noise from other classes arriving or leaving made it hard to focus/relax. Georgie was a great instructor, but a few more challenge-poses or progressions would have made the class more exciting.

Not a very relaxing studio, great HIIT classes but wouldn’t go here again for yoga. The class was not very well described, went to a Sunday evening class thinking it may be relaxing but it ended up being dynamic with inversions. Go in with an open mind if you do go.

Sorry this was not what you expected - we will be adding more yoga classes with specific guidelines to what type of class it is (recovery, flow, etc.) so please check back in a couple of weeks and hopefully then you will find what you are looking for.

What is ClassPass?
