About this class

Endurance class focused on treadmill interval training; emphasis on clean running mechanics and smooth gait pattern.  Our treadmills are NON-motorized with translates to 30% more calories burned due to higher turnover and efficiency.  Your joints won't hurt because you run smarter!

Kenna had great energy and constructive criticism to make me a better runner. Class was challenging but engaging. Take this class.

Parking listed as an amenity but lot not provided. Instructor did not show; shared an instructor with adjacent class. Class felt self-led. Music was low (someone asked to raise it up and could not tell) and was just not motivating.

You will definitely get your sweat on! This class is entirely treadmill, which was a bit painful for me...I prefer a little more variety so next time I'll try one of those classes. The instructor was great though- pushed you but also made class enjoyable.

What is ClassPass?
