Rise and grind! Join in on High Intensity Interval Training! Get your heart pumping, fat burning, and sweat flowing as you follow a circuit style total body workout. Prime your body’s metabolism allowing you to ignite more calories throughout the day. Starting at 6:10am we will wake you, rock you and send you out with enough time and energy to run the streets or the world. Your choice!!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
