Yoga Nidra at OITOO
About this class
Start with gentle movement to open the body and release tension, and then move into a guided meditation designed to override the thinking part of the brain and provide deep rest (yoga nidra, aka yogic sleep). This class is for you if you are overwhelmed, exhausted and feeling the impact of stress, and it’s the perfect compliment to high energy or dynamic/intense workouts. Leave feeling spacious and rested, and ready for the rest of your day.

How to prepare
Please bring appropriate sportswear. Trainers are necessary for the HIIT classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so you have time to get ready. Late arrivals might not be able to join the class. They provide towels and lockers.
How to get there
The studio is located 2 minutes walking distance from Liverpool St station or Moorgate station. On arrival at the South Place Hotel please go to the front desk and let them know you are there for the OITOO class. They will provide you with a locker key and guide you to the gym and wellness suite (bring a form of ID to leave behind the desk).
