How to prepare

Please bring appropriate sportswear. Trainers are necessary for the HIIT classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class so you have time to get ready. Late arrivals might not be able to join the class. They provide towels and lockers.

How to get there

The studio is located 2 minutes walking distance from Liverpool St station or Moorgate station. On arrival at the South Place Hotel please go to the front desk and let them know you are there for the OITOO class. They will provide you with a locker key and guide you to the gym and wellness suite (bring a form of ID to leave behind the desk).

One of the best yoga classes I’ve done! Great instructor. The process for checking in at reception was quite disorganised and took longer than it needed to (particularly at lunchtime) - but the class totally made up for this. I’d suggest arriving a bit early to allow for this.

steam + sauna in changing rooms was v luxe with super fluffy complimentary towels. Class itself was just a few mats on the floor of a gym surrounded by excercise equipment

Lauren was amazing. She was very attentive and personable. The class was juicy and just what my body (and hips) have been craving for days. The facility is beautiful and intimate enough for a small class of students. The saunas are a huge perks.

What is ClassPass?
