Overall it was great and so relaxing! The instructure was so good in directing the whole flow, it was a great breathing exercise and meditation. Just some minor thing, it was hard to concentrate at the beginning since there was a loud noise outside (like a machine or something). But the rest of the session was great ????

Jojo had a lot of information to share which was really good. but it felt like she was upselling her other workshops so much that it didn't feel genuine and more of a marketing. talked too much about her other products and workshops rather than staying focused on the practice for the day. She is friendly and tries to communicate with her students but usually get distracted and cuts off comunications and forgets to continue where she left off which felt like she was too busy and gets distracted very easily. As oppose to what she preaches, which is to stay present and in the moment. Was hoping for a better experience. left feeling like i was being marketed more than meditation.
