About this class

Yin Yoga allows you time to sink into the postures and into yourself. With long held postures (up to 3 minutes) you will find greater flexibility as well as a calmer and more clear mind. Yin offers a meditative manner in its style of longer held postures. One of the benefits of a Yin Yoga practice is to learn how to pay attention: in the yang forms of yoga, you are only in a posture for a short period - five breaths, or maybe a minute or so. In Yin Yoga you literally marinate in the juiciness of the pose, and pay attention to the flow of sensations. In Yin Yoga, you will be given the time and guidance needed to experience both your body and your mind in a long held posture.

I really enjoyed this class. However, I have concerns over the hygiene of that room. As it was dusty for me and so effected my breathing and even made me cough a little. The practice is on rugs that are not cleaned nor changed between classes. If it were not for that then I would defiantly have returned to that class.

What is ClassPass?
