In a flow yoga class expect to move at a steady pace and develop the strength, mobility, and mind-body coordination to progress towards more complex postures. Each class expresses the teacher’s focus or intention so each flow will be a little different. This is a moderate level of effort,  but beginners are welcome and options are offered.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
