Ashtanga at Ohana Yoga
About this class
60 - 90 minute classes. This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. Suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced, “Ashtanga 101” is an introduction to the primary series sequence, and the breath/posture combination that makes ashtanga such a powerful and transformative practice. Best to attend a series of these classes.
