BIKE50 VX with Arielle
Good workout and motivating instructor who both pushed you but also was very encouraging about listening to your body. I’ve had a different instructor each time I’ve been to off road and all have been great.

Such a great class! I’m more used to the rhythm based cycle classes but this was neat being able to see your own stats/zones on the board - kind of like Orangetheory. My sensor didn’t work for the whole class so my zones were hard to track, but I could still tell I was getting a great workout.

Best studio / class / teacher in DC!!
BIKE50 VX with Dani
Finally, a spinning class without the arm movements and weights! It was a tough workout, but I enjoyed being able to compete with myself. Will be back.
BIKE50 VX with Dani
Awesome class! Dani has such good vibes! Will miss her while she is away
BIKE50 VX with Julianne
Lots of energy and fun!
BIKE50 VX with Arielle
The video at the front was distracting and the rhythm and music didn't really inspire. I liked that you set your own max at the beginning and then work toward that.
BIKE50 VX with Dani
Dani was great and I loved having our personalized charts on the screen so that we could keep up with our own paces.
BIKE50 VX with Julianne
Fantastic Workout! Julianne was super motivating!

Great class as always!

Definitely enjoyed this class! The instructor was very friendly and encouraging throughout the class. The studio is on the smaller side with cycling taking up the second floor and boxing on the first. The studio seemed to be very clean and maintained. The thing I loved most about this class was their analytics. They base your workout off of your strength alone rather than comparing your skills with the rest of the class. It gives you way better metrics of how you’re doing personally. Wasn’t in love with the music, but that’s not a huge deal. All in all I would definitely recommend for a good workout.

Loved this studio! Fun music videos and I liked to see my personal progress on screen.

love OffRoad
BIKE50 VX with Dani
Dani was very welcoming to newcomers and made sure you felt comfortable before getting started, and even checking in afterwards. She’s upbeat and her workout was challenging and fun.

The room got really hot... I think because one of the fans was broken? I would appreciate if the instructor could open a window or two in the future, should this happen again! Otherwise, a great class.
BIKE50 VX with Francella
The instructor was upbeat but didn't give much direction around RPM. Some of the song selections were not as upbeat as most spin classes. Overall, still a good class!
BIKE50 VX with Arielle
Best spin studio I’ve been to in DC! The tech system is great and very motivating to track your progress during the ride, but not in an intimidating competitive way. Teacher was great too. Highly recommend .

Note - you do not *need* clip-in shoes for their spin class - they have holsters for your sneakers to slip into. They do not rent shoes. Pros: -loved the music videos playing in the front of the room, they were motivating and fun to watch (instead of staring at the instructor) -cool program once you understand it, I finally got it about half way through -no weights, which is both a pro/con for me... focused solely on biking. Cons: -not really any attention to form, and I felt like the bikes were super uncomfortable, I felt like I was slouching the whole time -hard to hear the instructor at points -not very clear directions since everything is personalized to each rider, ranges vary extremely widely -no one to answer the phones ... so when I called to confirm I didn’t need clip-in shoes about 45 min before class, no one could help me out - thank goodness I went anyway! -I like Rock n Roll Hall of Fame but I don’t know if Radiohead is everyone’s jam to spin to... 3.5/5 Cons:

Tech failed, which was a bummer bc that’s why I signed up for the class
BIKE50 VX with Arielle
Fun class! I really enjoyed getting to see the different zones I was in.

Calming and upbeat!
BIKE50 VX with Arielle
My favorite spin studio in the area. Focused on form, athletics and endurance over the flashy dance stuff that other boutiques insist on.

Really great workout
BIKE50 VX with Tammar
All music from 1983... it was glorious!! Workout was great too.
BIKE50 VX with Tammar
Loved the instructors energy level and chill vibes as well as the stretching/core workout afterwards
