About this class

This class is 45 minutes. And due to the short time, please be prepared for any type of layout from circuit training, to a high intensity, constantly varied, cross training class! It will get your heart pounding, muscles burning, and sweat pouring, using everything from Resistance based exercises to functional and body weight movements! Using weights, ropes, TRX, bosu, sliders, bands, and of course your body weight, to create a 45 or 30 minute RESULT based workout! This class is adaptable to any and every fitness level from the beginner to the most elite of athletes! Add this Unique to NXPT cross training application to your regimen and take your fitness to the NEXT LEVEL! Programming for this class is mainly made up of a format you would find in a Crossfit gym, although we use many more forms of output and have many ways to modify.  One day our program may be 1 minute rotations through stations, and the next it may be a 30 minute AMRAP.  Please be aware of that prior to attending as we do not want your experience with us to be anything but incredible! Please take note that this class may feel fast pace and cover a lot of ground in 45 minutes, but it is 100% adaptable to any fitness level and can be done slow or fast, light or heavy, or whatever your situation or strategy calls for.

How to prepare

All classes require a towel! Bring water! Yoga: please bring a mat! Our classes follow very unique programming, so on any given day and week please be prepared for unique themes, functions, and methodology. Come in open minded and ready to have fun and work hard!

How to get there

We are on the corner of Murphy Canyon Rd and Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Right off the 15 freeway!

By far the best workout in San Diego. Its different every time, the instructors are awesome and you always leave the class feeling super accomplished. Its pretty intense but you never do any one thing for more than 3 or 4 mins. The 5:30 am class is pretty crowded but there is always enough equipment.

From someone who loves trying new gyms and workouts I found this class hard to grasp the workout plan and even hear clear instructions. Really dampened my workout trying to just understand what was happening, rather then have a chance engage and get into it.

I was pleasantly surprised that the class was so well attended, had to be around 30 people at 5:30 AM! I would have appreciated more explanation on some of the exercises and what modifications would be appropriate. Most of the class seemed to be regulars so maybe they would not need that as much.

What is ClassPass?
