How to prepare

Upon entry, please sign in on the Ipad provided at reception. If it is your first time at the studio, they will also ask you to fill out a quick health questionnaire. You can get changed in the changing rooms and then wait in the studio on the red seats until the instructor comes over to start the class They supply towels and shower gels, so no need to carry them around in your gym bag. No1 fitness offers lockers however you will need to provide your own lock and there are also showers in their facility!

How to get there

Only an 8- minute walk from London Bridge station. Head towards the Tower Bridge. Please ring the bell and come down the stairs. Cycle Shed and Parking available No1 Fitness Maltings Place Tower Bridge Road London Se1 3jb 0207 403 6660

Good class but overpriced++ compared to other classes on classpass. For less credits you can get a session at core collective, barrecore, rebel and KXU, with the amazing facilities, products in the toilets, with all the high tech equipment and sound systems- bit of a rip off. Also still selling plastic and disposable paper cups

Decent enough workout, but 11 credits for a 30 minutes class just isnt worth it. Nice instructor though!

What is ClassPass?
