BURN 30! Burn 30 is a Fitness slot that keeps you on your toes throughout the entire session. The clock never stops! We take you through a variety of exercises combining both Cardio and Resistance training. Be sure to get the calories burning in this session and watch how quickly those 30 seconds start to disappear during each rest.

How to prepare
Upon entry, please sign in on the Ipad provided at reception. If it is your first time at the studio, they will also ask you to fill out a quick health questionnaire. You can get changed in the changing rooms and then wait in the studio on the red seats until the instructor comes over to start the class They supply towels and shower gels, so no need to carry them around in your gym bag. No1 fitness offers lockers however you will need to provide your own lock and there are also showers in their facility!
How to get there
