How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1.

How to get there

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class

Colleen is a fantastic instructor! Her style is less flowing compared to other yoga instructors Ive had, but shes incredibly attentive and hands on. The studio itself is unfortunately very small and has poor air circulation, so the class felt very stifling.
