About this class

Essential postures of yoga that affect the entire body.   Deep focus on alignment and breath connection.   Postures are held 8-10 breaths.   Sequence follows the MOXIE Fundamental postures.   Appropriate for all levels.   This is not a beginner only class: all students interested in working on the principles and foundations of Yoga should attend.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1. Arrive early, studio doors are locked at class start time in order to protect the facility.

How to get there

Arrive early as studio doors are locked upon class start time. We are unable to make class schedule adjustments or cancellations when made through ClassPass.

This was a great class. I dont do yoga very often so I felt like I was able to focus on my technique and the instructor gave good explanations of where our weight should be and where we should feel things in different stretches. She also stressed injury prevention which I appreciated. Will come again! The studio is clean and an intimate class setting.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
