About this class

Essential postures of yoga that affect the entire body.   Deep focus on alignment and breath connection.   Postures are held 8-10 breaths.   Sequence follows the MOXIE Fundamental postures.   Appropriate for all levels.   This is not a beginner only class: all students interested in working on the principles and foundations of Yoga should attend.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1.

How to get there

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class

It was a great class but it was not at all a fundamentals class. More like power vinyasa! Everyone in the room was dripping in sweat. Always up for a good workout - it just literally wasn't what I signed up for.

What is ClassPass?
