About this class

Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are held for three to five minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a "moving meditation". This class is a great compliment to your regular practice and is suitable for all levels. Please ALWAYS arrive 5 min early when registered with ClassPass or else your reservation will be offered to a drop-in student. Please arrive 15 min early for your first class so you can fill out a waiver, meet the teacher, and get acquainted with the space.

Good instructor and decent studio. The only downside was that they didn’t have any music playing at all (even just some background noise like wind chimes is usually nice). Other than that, good class.

Crowded and I felt a bit claustrophobic. This is a warm yin but is not advertised as such - so dress appropriately.
