Disappointed by a studio that I normally love. -The yoga and instructional time was great. However, upon walking into the studio there was a couple making out, cuddling, giving foot massages etc. behavior that I think is yoga studio inappropriate and disrespectful when sharing a space. I tried for a while to ignore but lips smacking lips is distracting. I notified both women at the front desk. I hoped maybe they could give a friendly reminder about respecting space. Nothing was done. At the end of class I hoped for the same, but again was disappointed. The couple was still there cuddling and kissing post practice. The instructor said nothing. Yoga is a place where people go for calm and community, not to hook up.if this is the case Modo East Van should create a couples class. I give the feedback in hopes it can be more comfortable for everyone.

A moksha east van class is like listening to a perfect music album. The class is a journey that eases you in, takes you on some challenging twists and turns, makes call backs, then melts you into a state of euphoria. By the end, you just want to listen all over again!

Amazing! Such a good workout.
Modo Level 2 with Todd
My favourite yoga studio in Vancouver. It is unpretentious and welcoming. In Todd's classes you can count on the regular moksha flow with some experimental variations thrown in. I like it. I also like that Todd does many of the movements with the students.
