About this class

Flow classes give students an opportunity to try a different sequence than the more common Moksha Flow series. Every teacher will bring their own sequence and theme to class. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. Suitable for all levels. Added music also. Please ALWAYS arrive 5 min early when registered with ClassPass or else your reservation will be offered to a drop-in student. Please arrive 15 min early for your first class so you can fill out a waiver, meet the teacher, and get acquainted with the space.

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, large towel, water bottle and clothes to sweat in. Mats and towels are also available for a $2 rental fee.
