About this class

Book this 1 hour class to get a taste of pole dancing! This class is designed for absolute beginners - you do not need to be fit or have a dance background to be able to have fun in this class. You will get to learn some beginner level pole lifts and spins and find out what all the buzz is about. Wear bare feet or heels - it doesn't matter - the mood of the classes is non-judgemental and very supportive. Wear shorts and a top suitable for exercise, you need bare legs to be able to grip the pole. Wear a light tracksuit for the warm up if it's cool. Bring a water bottle and your "can do" attitude!

How to prepare

Pole Classes - wear shorts and a top suitable for exercise. You need to be able to grip the pole with your lower leg. Leave rings and necklaces at home - they scratch the poles and get in the way. Don't apply moisturizer to hands or legs before a pole class or you'll be really sliding down that pole! Bring a water bottle and your "can do" attitude. Aerial Yoga Classes - wear yoga pants or leggings and a t shirt that covers your armpits, bring a water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early to complete a student rego form and health questionnaire

How to get there

We're at 5/3 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill. We're just near the Hills Lodge and AMF Indoor Bowling centre. Plenty of FREE parking right at our door and you'll see our name on the front of our building. Visit the Locations page of the Miss Fit website www.missfit.com.au for a Google map so you can plan your trip.
