About this class
A holistic workout in our comfortable stretchy fabric slings. In this class you will be taken through a range of exercises that are designed to increase your upper body and core strength, so that you will then be able to perform flips, somersaults and inversions - all while safely supported by the slings. Think of it as gymnastics meets the circus! Suitable for all levels of fitness including beginners. Wear yoga pants and a comfortable t shirt, bring a water bottle.

How to prepare
Pole Classes - wear shorts and a top suitable for exercise. You need to be able to grip the pole with your lower leg. Leave rings and necklaces at home - they scratch the poles and get in the way. Don't apply moisturizer to hands or legs before a pole class or you'll be really sliding down that pole! Bring a water bottle and your "can do" attitude. Aerial Yoga Classes - wear yoga pants or leggings and a t shirt that covers your armpits, bring a water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early to complete a student rego form and health questionnaire
How to get there
We're at 5/3 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill. We're just near the Hills Lodge and AMF Indoor Bowling centre. Plenty of FREE parking right at our door and you'll see our name on the front of our building.
