Hot mess. Crowded, awkward, barely a workout, and the ab sequence took place on the hardwood floor, which was covered in hair. We also spent a while just running back and forth flailing our arms. Nope nope nope.

I love most of the other classes at Misfit, but I've tried a few of the barre classes here and they're just not for me. I didn't find this to be challenging enough and the flow was a bit weird. I would also appreciate using mats for the floor work because it really hurts my knees to kneel on bare floors and it was too slippery to properly do the mountain climber sequence.

How to prepare

1. New students should arrive 10 mins early to come and get acquainted with the studio 2. They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 mins late 3. Shoes and cell phones are not allowed in studio and please ensure that phones are on silent 4. Please let the instructor know of any injuries

What is ClassPass?
