I'm really glad I chose Jazzercise as my first class. Intensity level was exactly what I wanted (moderate intensity) and it included dancing plus 2 songs of weight lifting. Definitely going back! I recommend the express class!

instructor had great energy and the music helps keeps you pumped!

Great high energy class! Not my personal favorite workout cause I am not too good and following fast paced routines but had a good balance of cardio with a little bit of strength training at the end.

What is ClassPass?
