About this class

Rework your body on the Reformer. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles. You’ll tone your thighs, back, abs, arms and booty. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

A little slow, didn’t feel very tough at all but was good to take it easy for a class.

I told Jenise before class my shoulder had been bothering me while working out. Most instructors would just avoid shoulder work, but she made a point of working on shoulders and my shoulder felt so much better after class. Really appreciated that.

Diana is wonderful, extremely precise, describes each movement in detail and is easy to follow and understand. All her hands on adjustment is right on point!

This was my first pilates class, and as much as my muscles are heating up from its activation, I am so delighted by the constant instruction, helpful correction, and steady pace of the class that Cara led. I really benefited from her attentive and accurate adjustments. Excited for the next class!
