About this class

Half the class you’ll be on the Jumpboard on the Reformer. We love getting our heart rate up while we are lying down. For the other half you will use the Tower to emphasize flattening those abs. This class will help you to tone and work up a sweat. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

Jump & Core with Katie
katie is the best instructor! Charming & very attentive
Jump & Core with Rachel
fun class. instructor focused on form a lot. low intensity
Jump & Core with Jenise
Wasnt stoked on her verbal cues (not enough) or smooth transitions (nearly fell off my box with too many props). Especially compared to the quality of instructors usually at mighty i left feeling underwhelmed.
Jump & Core with Jenise
Jenise was very welcoming and gave a solid and challenging workout with plenty of attention to form. However, this wasnt a Jump & Core class; it was just a regular reformer class.
Jump & Core with Cassandra
Cassandra is the best! Her class flies by and before you know it youre sore the next day
Jump & Core with Mikella
Mikella is the best plain and simple.
Jump & Core with Mikella
This class with Mikella is always a winner and an awesome way to start the week!

Jump & Core with Mikella
Mikella consistently kicks my butt in a good way. Her Jump and Core class is an awesome way to kick off the week bright and early Monday morning.
Jump & Core with Cassandra
Cassandra is the best Pilates instructor. Jump & Core is a challenging workout. So worth it.
