I have been using ClassPass and trying out a ton of different gyms/classes and this was my favorite so far! The instructor went over each set, demonstrating the exercises, and the playlist was great, keeping the energy up. I will absolutely be coming back for another class!!

I absolutely loved this class. Intense intervals on the treadmill that were paired with circuit style HIIT exercises kept me motivated for the entire 60 mins!

This is a really nice studio, and the class is well structured and very challenging. That being said, I ended up feeling personally not great about this particular class on this occasion. There were two sets of cardio activities and two sets of strength. I have done a little better in the classes with three sets of each group. I also felt more lost and confused, a a teeny bit less enthused with the energy than in the past.

Tough and you’ll feel it the next day but you can take the workouts at your own pace and strength level.

Rachael's bodylab class is fantastic. She gives positive reinforcement, is motivating and focuses on form. I love that she always incorporates a stretch session at the end - so important!

I loved Jackie!!! Mecka can be a bit too serious sometimes but Jackie’s humor had me cracking up but still pushing myself. Also, her 80s/90s music made me so happy.

How to prepare

~ Come early. Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early, check in with the front desk so we can give you the rundown on amenities, the workout, and make you feel right at home. ~ Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes (we have cycle shoes if you need). Bring your water bottle (and hydrate before class as well!) or purchase your water here. ~ We have showers, towels and all the amenities you need!

How to get there

Mecka Fitness is located at 439 Washington Road in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Parking: It’s always an adventure! We have a lot right in front with a dozen spots. You can also find street free street parking on Washington Rd (19) PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE PARKING SIGNS so you know he hours you can park! Downtown - Mt. Lebo Parking garage is just $1 to park with just a short walk to the studio.

What is ClassPass?
