How to prepare

Grip socks are worn for hygiene and safety in our RESISTANCE classes. We sell them in the studio. You can go barefoot if you want, but we don't recommend it. For all CARDIO+ classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If it's your first time at Mecha, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late entry to class is not allowed.

Great reception, clean and organized facility, and the instructor was upbeat and super welcoming to newcomers (me!) If you’re looking for high intensity, isometric training, the resistance class is it. I jumped right into the intermediate class although I recommend taking the intro first to get more emphasis on form and modifications.

What is ClassPass?
