Our RESISTANCE classes use the Megaformer machine to build deep core strength, long and lean muscles, balance and flexibility, improved concentration, and a body that is less prone to injury. In 50 minutes, every muscle will be worked and every move will push you to your limits.

How to prepare

Grip socks are worn for hygiene and safety in our RESISTANCE classes. We sell them in the studio. You can go barefoot if you want, but we don't recommend it. For all CARDIO+ classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If it's your first time at Mecha, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late entry to class is not allowed.

tough but can see why this class gets fast results. not for the faint of heart.

Definitely tricky if you're a first timer and you might spend a portion of the class trying to figure out how to position yourself. If you have back issues, come prepared with your own adjustments.

Fun, fast paced HIT style workout with great music. Prepare to have your whole body burn!

Victoria's amazing and impactful. Because of her I was really able to push through the pain. she also makes an effort to walk through and recognize everybody's effort, while making corrections. not to mention the class itself is intense and killer! with that being said. it was my first time and I was still able to hang... I look forward to my next one!

What is ClassPass?
